Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to 995 emergency and medical evacuation calls in collaboration with SCDF.

• Assist Paramedics in patient assessment, treatment, and stabilization.

• Perform basic life support (BLS) and operate AED/BCLS equipment when required.

• Prepare, maintain, and restock ambulance medical equipment and supplies.

• Ensure operational readiness of the ambulance and adherence to infection control protocols.

• Document and report patient information accurately in accordance with SCDF and AMS standards.

• Uphold professionalism, discipline, and service excellence while representing SCDF and AMS

Remuneration & Benefits

Base Salary: $1,700 – $2,800/month
Allowances:

• Skills Allowance: $300/month (upon completion of required certifications)

• KPI Allowance: $300/month (based on performance metrics such as response time & attendance)

• Shift Allowance: $15/full shift (approx. $300/month)

Bonuses & Incentives:

• AWS + Performance Bonus (PB)

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
