Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency 995 calls as part of the ambulance crew.

• Safely operate and maintain the SCDF ambulance in all conditions.

• Assist Paramedics in providing pre-hospital emergency care and patient transport.

• Ensure compliance with all operational and safety protocols.

• Maintain vehicle readiness and cleanliness at all times.

Training & Certification Provided

All new hires will undergo comprehensive training, including:

• BCLS/AED Certification

• SCDF Operations Term

• Service Excellence Course

• SCDF EMT Competency Test

• SCDF Emergency Vehicle Course

• Defensive Driving Training

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: SGD $1,700 – $3,000 (depending on experience)
Allowances:

• $300/month Skills Allowance (upon completion of mandatory courses)

• $300/month KPI Allowance (based on performance metrics such as response time & attendance)

• $15 per full shift allowance (approx. $300/month)

Leave Entitlement:

• 14 days Annual Leave, plus other leave benefits in accordance with MOM regulations

Bonuses:

• AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus

• $2,000 Signing Bonus
