Key Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-person ambulance crew in responding to 995 emergency cases.

• Provide pre-hospital emergency medical treatment in line with SCDF standards.

• Ensure patient care documentation and case records are accurately submitted.

• Maintain operational readiness of equipment and vehicle.

• Uphold service excellence and safety standards as outlined by SCDF and AMS.

Training Provided

Comprehensive training will be provided, including:

• BCLS/AED Certification

• SCDF Operations Term

• Service Excellence Course

• SCDF Paramedic Competency Test & APT (Practical Assessment)

• SCDF Emergency Vehicle Course (for Class 3 holders)

• Defensive Driving

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,700 (commensurate with experience)

• Allowances:

  • $500 Skills Allowance (upon certification)

  • $300 KPI Allowance (based on performance metrics)

  • $15 per full shift allowance (estimated ~$300/month)

• Bonuses: AWS + Performance Bonus

• Signing Bonus: $2,000

• Leave Entitlement: 14 days Annual Leave + MOM statutory benefits
