• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces and offer clear product knowledge & after-sales support.
• Drive sales through client engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining client records.
• Uphold store presentation and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
• Handle daily store operations such as cashiering, inventory accuracy, and product handling.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and deliver a premium luxury shopping experience.
