✨ About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior / Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a residential and long-term care environment. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.

• Oversee nursing operations, care planning, and clinical assessments.

• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and internal governance standards.

• Drive continuous quality improvement and implement best practices in clinical care.

• Manage manpower planning, staff development, and performance appraisals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-focused care.

• Maintain infection control standards and accurate clinical documentation.

• Support and deputise for the Head of Nursing (Assistant Director of Nursing) when required.
