Job Description

🕐 Working Hours: Up To 9hrs/day, 10am-10pm | 5.5 day work week, Mon-Sun

🚀 Join Date Requirement: Commence before 12 January 2025 to qualify for sign-on bonus

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food production to ensure full compliance with prescribed recipes, specifications, and portion control standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation according to established kitchen standards.
  • Practice strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures to maintain food safety and freshness.
  • Ensure all food products are stored correctly in designated fridges and storage containers throughout each shift.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and work areas at all times.
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of kitchen equipment, and guide junior kitchen staff on correct handling.
  • Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service.
