Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utilities and facilities systems, including:
• Buildings and infrastructure
• Electrical power distribution systems (genset, HT, LV)
• Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
• Water supply and filtration systems
• Drainage systems
• Compressed air systems
• HVAC systems
• Fire protection systems
• Building Management System (BMS)
• Environmental Monitoring System (EMS)
• Solar panel systems
• Centralized dust collection and vacuum systems
• Security systems
• Ensure uninterrupted, safe, reliable, and cost-efficient utilities supply to manufacturing operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, EHS, EXCiPACT, and local regulatory requirements (DOE, JKKP, MBIP).
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to chimney emissions, wastewater discharge, energy usage, and water consumption.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors performing maintenance and repair works, ensuring adherence to company safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair records, in accordance with the Quality Management System.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to optimize utilities performance and energy efficiency.
• Provide engineering support for cross-functional activities and other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Perform additional duties within the scope and authority of the role to deliver expected outcomes.
