• 2 rotating shifts (12 hours):
• 7:00am – 7:00pm
• 7:00pm – 7:00am
• 4 days work week, Mon - Sun

• Near Upper Thomson MRT

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform, supervise, and evaluate clinical nursing care in accordance with established standards
• Maintain and continuously improve clinical quality, safety, and nursing standards
• Orientate, supervise, and assess the performance of Enrolled Nurses and care staff
• Coordinate holistic resident care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of service
• Engage with residents, families, visitors, and volunteers professionally and compassionately
• Participate in the evaluation and improvement of clinical guidelines, protocols, and training programmes
• Ensure Nursing Care Plans (NCPs) are regularly reviewed, updated, and delivered according to planned outcomes
• Uphold regulatory compliance and best practices in aged care and nursing governance
