Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Monitor food production to ensure compliance with prescribed recipes, specifications, and standards of food presentation, production, and portion control.
  • Ensure food quality by maintaining perfect sanitary conditions
  • Properly store all food products in designated refrigeration units and storage containers throughout the shift.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all culinary work areas
  • Promote safe and proper use of kitchen equipment at all times and provide training to culinary colleagues as needed.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to enforce standards consistently and work collaboratively with kitchen staff.

 

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week
  • Rotational shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night
  • Candidates are encouraged to indicate their comfort level with night shift duties

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 4 years of kitchen experience preferred
  • Candidates must be comfortable working on public holidays and rotating shifts.
  • Role requires handling of non-halal food items and alcoholic beverages.
  • Please confirm if candidates are comfortable working night shifts.
