Job Description
Job Scope:
- Monitor food production to ensure compliance with prescribed recipes, specifications, and standards of food presentation, production, and portion control.
- Ensure food quality by maintaining perfect sanitary conditions
- Properly store all food products in designated refrigeration units and storage containers throughout the shift.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all culinary work areas
- Promote safe and proper use of kitchen equipment at all times and provide training to culinary colleagues as needed.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to enforce standards consistently and work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week
- Rotational shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night
- Candidates are encouraged to indicate their comfort level with night shift duties
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Candidates must be comfortable working on public holidays and rotating shifts.
- Role requires handling of non-halal food items and alcoholic beverages.
- Please confirm if candidates are comfortable working night shifts.
