Job Description
Salary:
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week, 44hr a week
- Rotational shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night
- Candidates are encouraged to indicate their comfort level with night shift duties
Job Scope:
- Welcome guests and escort them to their assigned seats in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist the service team with preparation, table setup, and proper handling of operating equipment.
- Maintain a pleasant, helpful, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
- Handle telephone calls efficiently, including guest enquiries and reservations.
- Coordinate guest seating arrangements to ensure even distribution across service stations.
- Respond to guest feedback, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise service staff during operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Support the Assistant Manager and department in achieving operational goals and key performance objectives.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of F&B experience, with 1 year at supervisory level
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Comfortable working on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Role requires handling of non-halal food items and alcoholic beverages
- Night shift allowance and overtime payment provided where applicable
