Job Description

Job Scope:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the karaoke venue.
- Assist guests with check-in, room allocation, and reservations.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and service stations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Support team members in daily operations and special events.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or entertainment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
