Job Scope:
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate daily cash reports.
- Assist in booking rooms, taking reservations, and managing walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Cash handling, POS systems, and digital payment experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
