Job Description

Job Scope:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items.
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served safely, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations, including washing utensils, cutting ingredients, and replenishing supplies.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of food and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in inventory checks and report shortages or issues to the kitchen supervisor.
- Perform other ad-hoc kitchen duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Food hygiene or food handling certification.
- Role requires handling of non-halal food items and alcoholic beverages.
- Team player with a positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
