🛍️ We're Hiring: Assistant Retail Manager

Location: Island-wide
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off)

🧑‍💼 Assistant Retail Manager

Salary Range: $2,900 – $3,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve KPIs
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and returns
  • Improve work procedures and ensure paperwork accuracy
  • Oversee stock take and daily operations
  • Manage store opening, closing, and sales banking
  • Handle manpower planning and shift scheduling
  • Participate in budget planning
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
