Job Description
Leasing & Retail Expansion
-
Manage lease renewals and support retail store expansion initiatives
-
Assist in lease negotiations, data analysis, and site coordination
-
Conduct feasibility support and prepare leasing documentation
-
Handle end-to-end lease administration (tenancy records, payments, vendor coordination)
-
Manage façade signage submissions and renewal processes
-
Liaise with landlords and internal retail teams to resolve operational matters
-
Monitor trends within Singapore’s shopping mall landscape
Administrative & Reporting
-
Prepare and maintain leasing and roadshow reports
-
Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing management
-
Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
-
Support performance analysis of retail stores and roadshow activities
-
Manage paperwork for events and roadshows
-
Provide operational support for retail activities as required
Job Requirements
-
Diploma in Leasing, Business, or related field
-
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (retail/mall exposure preferred)
-
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Strong organisational and documentation skills
-
Good communication skills to liaise with landlords and internal stakeholders

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
