Job Description

 

🕒 Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am - 5.30pm

 

📍 Location

  • Near Upper Thomson MRT

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver rehabilitation programmes to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
  • Monitor residents’ progress and review treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide guidance on mobility aids, exercise programmes, and fall prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe movement and ongoing rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in accordance with healthcare standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings

 

 

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Relevant clinical experience preferred (aged care or rehabilitation experience is an advantage)
