Job Description

 

 

Location: Near Serangoon MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range: Up to $4,000 per month

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new products while managing assigned stationery categories
  • Develop category assortment plans, range selection, and product mix strategies
  • Evaluate pricing structures to optimize sales performance and profit margins
  • Prepare sales data and analysis to support supplier discussions and negotiations
  • Liaise with suppliers on promotional activities and ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Monitor inventory performance, address slow-moving items, and improve sell-through rates
  • Ensure consistent availability of top-selling products
  • Generate monthly sales and inventory performance reports
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay aligned with industry trends
  • Carry out regular store visits to maintain merchandising standards and execution
  • Coordinate merchandising activities for store openings, renovations, closures, and Back-to-School (BTS) campaigns
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns, retail events, and related administrative tasks

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, purchasing, or related roles
  • Experience in retail, stationery, or lifestyle products will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
