Job Description

🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For

🎯 Full Outlet Ownership

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow from opening to closing

  • Be the go-to person on the ground during peak hours

👥 Team Leadership

  • Lead, schedule, and motivate Service Crew, Captains, Bartenders, and Hosts

  • Build a strong, disciplined, and high-performing team culture

✨ Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives fast, attentive, and memorable service

  • Handle VIPs, escalations, and service recovery with confidence

📊 Performance & Cost Control

  • Manage staffing levels, sales targets, and operational costs

  • Drive revenue while maintaining service standards

⚙️ Compliance & Standards

  • Uphold SOPs, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements

  • Ensure outlet readiness at all times

 

Job Requirements

🎯 Who You Are

  • Experienced in F&B / nightlife / bar / club operations

  • A strong leader on the ground, not just on paper

  • Comfortable working night shifts (5pm – late), weekends & PHs

  • Calm under pressure, decisive, and highly adaptable

  • Passionate about creating high-energy, premium experiences

  • 6 days a week, up to 44 hrs
