• 44 hours per week
• Shift timings between:
• 8:00AM – 9:00PM
• 7:00AM – 8:00PM
• Includes transition shifts to support end-of-day coverage

🤝 Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors within the facility
• Provide frontline concierge and customer service support to elderly residents
• Coordinate medical appointments, transport arrangements, and resident requests
• Assist residents and families with inquiries and administrative support
• Liaise with healthcare teams and departments to ensure smooth coordination of services
• Support scheduling, documentation, and basic administrative duties
• Ensure residents receive timely assistance while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families to enhance overall experience and satisfaction
