🧾 Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care, companionship, and support to residents
• Assist residents with daily routines and lifestyle activities
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents’ living spaces
• Support social and recreational activities to enhance residents’ quality of life
• Ensure care equipment and supplies are clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Deliver warm, professional, and service-oriented resident interactions
• Support daily operational and caregiving duties as assigned

📝 Job Requirements

• Minimum N-Level / O-Level qualification
• Preferably 1–2 years of eldercare or healthcare experience
• BCLS and First Aid certification will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
