Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Create customised training programs tailored to each member’s goals

  • Lead sessions with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm

  • Drive personal training sales and actively hit performance KPIs

  • Build strong relationships and provide top-notch member service

 

Salary: $1,700 + Uncapped INCENTIVES

Job Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Relevant experience / certification is a plus (No experience welcomed!)

  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated, results-driven, and eager to earn commissions
