🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits of operational and financial transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Review transaction records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Reconcile daily operational reports and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Verify supporting documentation and maintain accurate audit records.
- Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of cash and other accountable assets when required.
- Monitor operational activities and identify irregularities or exceptions for follow-up.
- Prepare daily audit reports and escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
- Support compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Perform other audit and operational support duties as assigned.
⏰ Working Hours
5-day work week (Rostered Schedule)
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Roster includes weekends and public holidays.
Job Requirements
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or auditing experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Experience in a regulated operational environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
