💵 SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $3,000 / month (Based on experience)
• Day Shift Allowance: $12 / workday
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 / workday
• Daily Transport Allowance: $16 / workday
• Potential Gross Pay: Earn $3,000 to $3,800+ (Basic + Allowances)
• Fixed Work Schedule: 4 Workdays / 3 Days Off per week 

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform visual and functional quality inspections on servers, electronic products and components
• Identify defects, abnormalities and quality issues according to specifications
• Record inspection results and report issues for corrective action
• Ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next production stage
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Work with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety and workplace requirements
• Maintain a clean and organised manufacturing work area

⏰ WORKING HOURS

First 3 Months – Training
Mon–Fri: 8:00am–5:00pm

After Training – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
☀️ Day: 8:00am–8:30pm
🌙 Night: 8:30pm–8:00am

📌 4 working days + 3 days off per week
📌 Every Sunday is a rest day
