Job Description

📋 THE JOB SCOPE

  • Greet customers and provide excellent, personalized eyewear styling and service.
  • Assist customers with frame selection, lens recommendations, and order processing.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards to keep the shop looking sharp and welcoming.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to smash monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

🗓️ WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

  • Location: Island-wide stores
  • Schedule: 5-6 day work week (Rostered 44 hours)
  • Rotating Shifts:
    • Opening Shift: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
    • Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    • Closing Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

 

💰 REMUNERATION & BENEFITS (Up to $3,600++/month!)

  • Basic Salary: From $2,000 per month (Up to $2,800 for candidates with relevant experience!)
  • Monthly allowance + commissions: Min. $500 - $1,000 and MORE
  • Otheres: Variable Bonus included!
