Job Description

Location: Midvalley City, KL

Pay: RM $3,500 - RM $4,500

Duration: 5 days work week

Working hours: rotational shifts (7-8hrs per day)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Attending to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
  • Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information
  • Manage customers or client’s feedback and complaints in a professional manner
  • Perform post-case administration for future reference

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in customer service in a contact center
  • Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing with complex problems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Location will be based in Kuala Lumpur 
  • Mandarin speaking as you will be dealing with Chinese callers.
