Job Responsibilities for Retail Supervisor>
- Customer engagement and support.
- Optimise sales opportunities.
- Monitoring and replenishment of stocks/inventory.
- Analyse the sales performance within the department.
- Handle the administrative functions of the department.
- Perform any other work duties as and when assigned by superior.
- Gross salary range between $2700 to $3200 per month.
Job Responsibilities for Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Manager:
- Leading and motivating the staff in achieving maximum results for the Key Performance measurement.
- Monitor the inventory level, replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly.
- Improve upon existing work procedures and operations, ensure that the correct paper works handling are adhered to.
- Take charge and provide necessary supervision during stock take and random count exercise.
- Manage and involve in opening and closing of the store and banking of the daily sales.
- Manage the store’s manpower.
- Involve in budget planning.
- Perform any other work duties as and when assigned by superior.
- Gross salary range between $3000 to $4400 per month.

Working Patterns
- 5-day work week
- 10.30am to 9.30pm
- Able to work and commit during peak period (School holidays / Year end).
