Job Description
Game Operations: Deal a variety of casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and more, following the casino’s rules and procedures.
Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, providing an enjoyable and professional gaming experience while maintaining a fun and positive environment.
Ensure Fair Play: Monitor gameplay to ensure all bets are within regulations, and ensure compliance with casino rules and procedures.
Maintain Game Integrity: Keep the game flowing smoothly, handle chips and payouts efficiently, and manage the gaming table in a professional manner.
Excellent Customer Service: Offer assistance to guests, respond to inquiries, and build rapport with players to enhance their gaming experience.
Job Requirements
No prior experience required—training will be provided! However, candidates with previous casino or gaming experience are highly welcomed.
A strong interest in casino games, and a passion for providing top-tier service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
