Job Description

Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations according to MOM regulations and maintain HR records in compliance with the Singapore Employment Act.
Support payroll processing by handling data entry, verification, and reporting using HRMS, ensuring accurate and timely payroll management.
Coordinate employee training initiatives, including course sourcing, scheduling, and administrative support for development programs.
Assist the HR Manager with daily functions, ad-hoc projects, and administrative tasks like ordering supplies and maintaining employee records in HR systems.
Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities, providing administrative support for HR-led initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
